By accessing and using Hapwutev's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Hapwutev provides legal services in dispute resolution, intellectual property law, real estate law, and employment rights across Malaysia. All services are subject to applicable Malaysian law and professional conduct standards.
Fees are determined per engagement and specified in our engagement letter. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted under Malaysian law.
Hapwutev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the relevant engagement.
All communications and information shared with Hapwutev are subject to attorney-client privilege and professional confidentiality obligations, except where disclosure is required by law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable. Files will be held subject to our retention policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes shall be resolved in Malaysian courts.
